Ticketing Policies

Canceling or Getting a Refund

Plans change – we understand. You may cancel your seat with a 100% refund as long as this is done by January 15, 2022. The refund process may take 4 – 6 weeks as we need to work with our ticketing provider.

 
Transferring Your Ticket

You can transfer your seat to a friend or colleague no later than January 20, 2022. Transfers will not be possible after January 20, 2022.
