COVID-19 Executive Order

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Governor Pritzker has issued a shelter-in-place Executive Order effective at 5pm, Saturday, March 21st through April 7. However, Representatives of the Governor’s office have indicated that the Oil and Gas industry is deemed an Essential Industry under Section 12. You can see the entire Executive Order here.
